Refunds and Returns Policy
You can make a return within 15 days from the delivery date of your order. Please ensure that your books are in their original condition. For example, they should show no signs of wear and tear, and the digital code should not have been used.
Returning a book purchased on Lexya
If you realize that you made a mistake in your order, or if you regret your purchase after a few days, no worries! 2 options are available to you:
1. At our warehouse (Free!)📍
First of all, you can bring your books to our warehouse for free. Our address is: 33-1375 rue Frank-Carrel, G1N 2E7, in Quebec.
2. By mail (10$ fee) 📦
You simply have to fill out the return form below, then we will give you a return shipping label so you can mail back your book by post. Note that an amount of $10 will be deducted from your refund if you choose this method of return.

Return Criteria
Here are some criteria to consider :
- - Returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date of your order;
- - Your book must be in its original condition (the digital code cannot be used, no plastic must be removed, no signs of wear, etc.);
- - Don't forget to include your order details sheet in your shipment;
- - A $10 return fee will be applied if you decide to return your book by mail (see FAQ);
* A little advice: if you need a new book quickly, we suggest you fill out this return form and place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we will issue your refund.
